Shipping & Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from its original purchase date and must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) clearly marked on Package and must ship to our warehouse unless otherwise instructed. Returns will not be accepted without RMA number. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless defective. Vehicle & hitch application specific items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Defective items will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion. Shipping charges we incurred to ship item to you will be deducted from your refund amount. Items refused at delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping charges both ways.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items returned to us which are deemed unreturnable, may be returned to the customer at the customers expense. Items refused at delivery or undeliverable may be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping charges both ways. Certain restrictions apply.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Appliances, Electrical, LP or Special Order items cannot be returned. No returns of items that show signs of wear, installation, or use. Gift cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You can request a return authorization through your RVSupplies account by logging in and clicking My Account. Click Completed to see a list of all orders. Find the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details. Fill out the return request, then click Submit.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refund processing can take up to 21 days or longer in certain situations. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Scratch and Dent, Closeout, Discontinued, Open Box items (if applicable)
Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded, unfortunately scratch and dent, closeout, discontinued, open box items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll give you instructions of where to send the defective or damaged item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item for return, we require that you use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance if item is valued over $100. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We try our best to have accurate descriptions, photos and pricing for our products. However, the products that we sell can be updated, discontinued or modified by the manufacturer without notice as well as typographical errors. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase as a result we will replace your item or refund your purchase price at our discretion.
We can ship to most addresses in the US with the exception of APO or FPO. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all US destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note shipping transit times are estimated on normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
